| [Objective]Ovarian endometriosis patients withβ-actin in the study, an attempt to find a new marker of EMs and clinical application.[Method]Collected from October 2009 to May 2010 received treatment in the Second Hospital of Jilin University Norman Bethune, a result of ovarian endometriotic cyst lesions cystectomy and / or resection of 13 cases. The control group underwent surgery for the same period in patients with ovarian cancer, benign ovarian tumor, 13 cases of all patients with other diseases, using western blotting method to detect EMs and controls group the expression ofβ-actin in serum.[Result]The experiment of 52 samples repeated tree times , EMs and the control group the expression of theβ-actin in serum were negative.[Conclusions]β-actin in serum were lower, not as a specific endometriosis diagnostic marker for clinical application. |
