Objectives:1.To get the message of the allocation of community nursing resource in urban area of Nanning city, providing the referenced evidence of the reasonable allocation and improvement of the quality of care.2. To put forward scientific reference for related ministry to set appropriate training program and method for community nurses by investing the post-training condition of community nurse and their educational demands.Methods:The investigation use the questionnaire investigation of descriptive study. .1. Investigating and analyzing the general state of Nanning community's nurses:including the quantity,aet composition,professional construction,appoint type,the present educational background,the praction time and so on.2. Investigating and analyzing the state of professional education among Nanning's community nurses,include learning the curricular of《community nursing》and attending on-the-job training.3. Examining and analyzing the basic condition of Nanning Community Health Service Center (Station). 4. Analyzing the findings, to raise how to optimize the construction of community nursing human resource.Results:1. The allocation of community nursing resource haven't meeted the basic standard of our country. The effect and the degree of the training and continuing education is low.2. Among the 176 community nursing staff, there is 116 participate the continue education; the best assessment is the improvement of expertise.Conclusions:1. Mirror the advanced community care management system,conform the allocation of the community nursing resource, binding practice to carry out the mode of on-the-job training,strengthening the training,the personnel management and the construction of nursing practice depot,elevating the nursing staff's comprehended disposition.2. Mirror the home and abord's experience, starting the investigation about the allocation of human resource of Nanning's community nursing.3.
