Virtual reality as a new knowledge, a new perception of the learners tool for their knowledge structures conducted in psychology to rebuild. Virtual reality technology use 3D computer graphics technology, sensor technology, human-machine interface technology, display technology and other technical means, in order to build as simulation study of the learning environment. How to introduce VR technology into the medical instruction area has become a common attention problem in the field of medical education and educational technology. Therefore, the paper around "how to introduce and optimization in medical teaching application of virtual reality technology and improving medical teaching effect and efficiency" this one theme, the application research systematically.The research made an in-depth analysis in the current research situations at domestics and aboard of medical virtual reality, on the basis of understanding the meaning, The research describes the meaning of virtual reality, the classification of virtual reality and the features of virtual reality and put forward the meaning of the advantages of teaching,and application form the theoretical basis in medical virtual reality. By means of learning theory, the researcher independently developed the virtual teaching system to meet the need of teaching in Chinese Medicine. This system has got a good assessment after putting into practical teaching use.The research has achieved the following results: First, virtual reality technology for the new media were systematically described and made meaning of teaching in medical virtual reality, theoretical basis and virtual reality technology in different forms of medical teaching. Second, by POSER 6.0,3 D MAX 8.0 and VRP PLATFORM as a platform to develop virtual reality technology designed study acupuncture case, a strong performance of the teaching emphasis and difficulty. Courseware shows acupuncture points and meridians on the body, which contains a complete three-dimensional human body model that can help learn all the points of the location and function of medical information. The courseware for the teaching of acupuncture provides a good,vivid,,easy to understand teaching materials. In a realistic virtual reality environment the students master the manipulation system and the meridians and acupoints location。Third, the completion of the virtual teacher courseware design and development capabilities, have played a part of the function of substitute teachers, can provide students with personalized guidance.
