Objective:Explore hemorrhoid surgery state anxiety and the relationship with postoperative pain, to explore clinical efficacy of the psychological intervention treatment in patients with hemorrhoid post-operative pain and anxiety.Methods:60 cases met the inclusion criteria of the mixed hemorrhoid surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. Treatment group was admitted to hospital conventional guide plus a doctor of psychological inter-vention methods,the control group admitted to hospital conventional guide. Patients in both groups were carried out pain and anxiety questionnaire at different times of before and after surgery.The questionnaire included surgery State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), visual analogue scale (VAS), Assess the anxiety and the postoperative pain of patients of two groups.Results:1.Hemorrhoids preoperative state anxiety scores above the norm (P<0.05); 2.Preoperative anxiety scores and postoperative pain scores at each time point were positively related,postoperative pain scores and anxiety sub-values were positively correlated; 3. The treatment group and control group compared postoperative pain,anxiety scores and clinical effects were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Hemorrhoid surgery preoperative patients exist state anxiety; 2. Postoperative pain and anxiety have levels of relevant; 3.Patients with psychological inter-vention, hemorrhoids surgery pain and anxiety have an impact, Psychological intervention with drugs have a good analgesic effect.
