Clinical Studies On Treatment Of Spastic Type Cerebral Palsy With Tuina Combined With Sling Exercise Therapy

Objective:The purpose of this task is to observe spastic type cerebral palsy used by the treatment with Tuina combined with sling exercise therapy in order to determine the efficacy. Methods:60 infants with spastic type cerebral palsy were divided into 2 groups randomly, the study group and the control group. Both of them were treated for 2 months. The infants in the study group were treated with Tuina combined with sling exercise therapy and that in the control group were treated with sling exercise therapy combined with Bobath.The symptoms and signs of the infants were observed by GMFM,Berg and Ashworth before and after the treatments and the date must be processed using statistical. Results:The main symptoms and signs of improvement and total efficiency in the treatment group is better than that of the control group, and there are statistically significant. Conclusion:This shows that needing combined with sling exercise therapy have a good effect on the spastic type cerebral palsy,and this is less side effect. So it is worth promoting treatment.
