Objective:This study is guided by the theories of traditional Chinese medicine meridian, acupoint and Tuina,by comparing the changes of foot dorsiflexion angle and clinical spasm index(CSI)score before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,so as to observe and evaluate the clinical treatment efficacy of Tuina along Qiao meridian on triceps surae muscle hypertonia in children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP),and to explore its possible functionary mechanism,in order to provide a simple, convenient, inexpensive and effective treatment for children with spastic cerebral palsy with hypertonia of triceps surae muscle in clinical practice.Method:60 children with spastic cerebral palsy with hypertonia of triceps surae muscle who visited the Children's Rehabilitation Department of Fujian Rehabilitation Hospital between January 2018 and December 2018 were recruited and randomly divided into two groups using random number method, with 30 cases in each group.During the study,1 case dropped out in the treatment group and 2 cases dropped out in the control group.Children included in the study were given exercise therapy based on the combination of Bobath and Vojta methods, the treatment group was treated with Qiao meridian Tuina and the control group was treated with spasmodic muscle therapy instrument for a total of 6 courses. The data of foot dorsiflexion angle and clinical spasticity index(CSI)score before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups, and SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used for data statistics to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qiao meridian Tuina in the treatment of triceps surae muscle tension increase in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Result:1.After treatment, the foot dorsiflexion angles of the two groups were respectively compared with those before treatment in the same group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After the treatment, comparing the children with foot dorsiflexion angle among two groups, the foot dorsiflexion angles in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(P < 0.05).The difference in foot dorsiflexion angle before and after treatment between the two groups was significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).2.After treatment, the CSI scores of the two groups were respectively compared with those before treatment in the same group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After the treatment, comparing the children with CSI scores among two groups, the CSI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(P < 0.05).The difference in CSI scores before and after treatment between the two groups was significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%,and the significant rate was 65.52%;the total effective rate of the control group was 89.29%,and the significant rate was 32.14%.The total effective rate and apparent effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusions:1.Both Qiao meridian Tuina and spasmodic muscle therapy instrument can reduce the foot dorsiflexion angle and CSI score of children with spastic cerebral palsy;and the clinical efficacy of Qiao meridian Tuina is higher than that of spasmodic muscle therapy instrument.2.Qiao meridian Tuina can improve triceps surae muscle tension in children with spastic cerebral palsy and has great curative effect on relieving triceps surae muscle spasm in children with spastic cerebral palsy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
