Objective:Probe the Relation between characteristics of first attack and recurrence of frequently recurrent nephrotic syndrome in children and the relationship between of them, to comprehend the factor that affect the disease recurrence, and wish to contribute to the clinical treatment. Methods:Collect the first time outbreak of the disease by the retrospective research methods and use the SPSS16.0 to descriptive analysis and frequency analysis, analyzing the outbreak characteristic and the correlation between the characteristic and the relapse and comprehend the factor that affect the disease recurrence.Results:1.The pathogenesis features:The FRNS in children always occur in winter and spring seasons; the age of onset are always under seven while particularly occur in male children who are 1~3years old.Majority fall ill without incentive while the common incentive is upper respiratory tract infection; The edema position are always focus on the face at the first time outbreak, while the next are the both lower extremities; Distribution of the most TCM syndrome is QI deficiency in lung and spleen, and the next is feng shui competing syndrome.2.The relationship between the clinical feature and the relapse:There are differences between different age that first time falling ill and relapse frequency (P<0.05), most of the relapse frequency of the children between 1-3 years old (61,9%)>3times per year; The relapse frequency of the children who taking prednisone treatment≤6 months is>3 times per year, and there are significant difference compared with others(P<0.01); The relapse frequency of the children who taking prednisone treatment to 6~8 weeks and urine protein negative is >3times per year, and there are significant difference compared with others(P<0.01); The relapse frequency of the children whose 24 hours urine protein over 200mg/kg.d is >3times per year, and there are significant difference compared with others(P<0.05).There is no difference between the relapse frequency and the Sex, the starting season, starting inducing factors, the incidence in sufficient quantities to start hormone treatment time, starting edema, or the starting syndromes.Conlusion:The pathogenesis feature of the children FRNS has a certain regularity, and there are correlation between the relapse frequency and the onset age, starting 24-hour urinary protein.Sex, starting the season, starting inducing factors, starting edema, starting syndromes, the first time to recurrence were not correlated with recurrence.Because of small sample size problem, a number of factors are not included in, such as gene mutation, pathological type, and children with special constitution etc, the results are not comprehensive. What's more another literature account that the recurrence time of the first correlated with the recurrence. However, the study failed to draw, maybe it due to the small size of the sample.
