Objective:To observe the Sihuangtang solution for anal fistula wound healing clinical effect.Methods:The observation met the inclusion criteria 60 patients with anal fistula surgery were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cas es,30 cases of the control group. Treatment group after the use of Sihuangtang sol ution of wet packing medication, with the TDP irradiation; the control group using the Fufanghuangbaiye medication, with the TDP irradiation. Respectively, the first 2, 6,10,14,18 days after the operation to observe the main symptoms and signs, and in wound healing after the record of treatment time to evaluate therapeutic effect.Res ults:The treatment group and control group, no significant difference in cure rate (p>0.05). Two groups of wound healing rate in comparison with statistical significa nce (p<0.05), treatment group was more effective than the control group. Two grou ps of post-operative pain conditions, granular morphology, secretions of points have more statistical significance (p<0.05). Two groups of postoperative anal bulge poi nts no difference, no statistical significance (p>0.05).Conclusion:The cure rate in p atients with non-discrimination groups, but the treatment group can reduce wound h ealing time, can promote growth of granulation, to control pain and discharge than the control group, but the control of postoperative anal bulge with the control grou p no significant difference. Tip Sihuangtang in the case does not affect the cure r ate can be reduced treatment time, promote healing and reduce postoperative compli cations.
