Clinical Study On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes And Complicating Hyperlipemia Of People Over The Age Of 40 With Xiaokekang Capsule

Objective: TO observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaokekang capsule on type 2 diabetes and complicating hyperlipemia of people over the age of 40,and also to observe the expression of serum TNF-αlevel and Insulin Resistance (IR)of them. Method: selected cases were randomly double-blind divided into 2 groups, after the off cases and the incomplete information cases were excluded: one group(n=41) were treated with routine treatment and placebo, the test group(n=45) treated by toutine treatment and Xiaokekang capsule. We observed therapeutic effect of clinical symptoms, the changes of FBG,2hPG,GSP, FINS, Homa-IR was calculated by Homa-IR=FINS×FPG/ 22.5,blood lipids (TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),ALT and other plasma indexes,serum TNF-αlevel of all the patients. Result: Xiaokekang capsule could improve symptoms of patients significantly, degrade the level of FPG,2hPG,GSP,TC,LDL-C,ALT,TNF-α,Homa-IR significantly(P<0.01～0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment, additional Xiaokekang capsule have the confirmatory therapeutic for people over the age of 40 with 2 diabetes and complicating hyperlipemia. It had the effects of adjusting plasma glucose, blood lipid, anti- inflamemation, improving liver and IR function.And it is deserved to be spread and applied clinically.
