Clinical Effectiveness And Mechanism Of Yiqi Tongmaitang In Treating Unstable Angina Abstract

Objective:Discussing the clinical effectiveness and mechanism of yiqi tongmaitang in treating unstable angina. Method:Dividing 60 cases of unstable angina patients into treatment group 40 cases and comparison group 20 cases. Excepting for being given the same routine medical treatment, the treatment group is given Yiqi Tongmaitang and comparison group is given compound YiXinshu tablet. Result:The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine symptom, the catabatic effective rate of angina, the total improvement effective rate of cardiogram blood-Lipid and blood rheology for the treatment group are better than those of comparison group, which have remarkable difference comparing with the comparison group. Conclusion:This experiment proved the main mechanism of unstable angina is qi-deficiency and blood-stasis with meridians retention, so the Yiqi Tongmaitang with the method of qi-enriching, blood-activating, stasis-removing and meridians-Clearing has apparent treatment for it.
