Objective:Through the retrospective study on the cases of coronary heart disease(unstable angina)treated by Yiqi Huoxue prescription and PCI,and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine as chest arthralgia and heartache(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type),to explore the clinical effect and application value of Yiqi Huoxue prescription in the treatment of such diseases.Material and method:The objects of research are 98 medical records that were operated PCI in The Second Clinical Medical College of Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine,in addition,western medicine was diagnosed as unstable angina,and traditional Chinese medicine as chest arthralgia and heartache(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)from September 1,2017 to May 31,2019,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria in Retrospective research methods.On the basis of whether to take Yiqi Huoxue prescription,it is divided into control group and treatment group,The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue prescription on the basis of the control group.The specific prescription was as follows:dangshen,Huangshen,Huangjing,red peony,Yujin,tangerine peel,peach kernel,safflower,one dose per day for one week.By consulting cases and telephone follow-up records,Statistics of basic clinical data of two groups of patients(General information,TCM symptom score,The effect of unstable angina,ECG effect,Rehospitalization rate).Using spss22.0 statistical software,T-test is adopted for measurement data,Chi square test is used for counting data,Rank sum test is used for rank data.Results:1.TCM syndrome integral effect:After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group;Comparison of TCM syndrome scores after treatment,there were significant differences in chest pain,palpitation and spontaneous sweating between the two groups(P<0.05),and The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group;There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);Comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,The effective rates of the two groups were 51.9%and 77.3%respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is significant.2.Effect of unstable angina pectoris:The effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 44.4%and 59.1%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.ECG effect:The effective rates of control group and treatment group were 37.0%and 43.2%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Rehospitalization rate:The rehospitalization rates of the control group and the treatment group were 22%and 18%,respectively,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.1.Yiqi Huoxue prescription can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score of patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina after,TCM diagnosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis.It can significantly reduce the symptom scores of chest pain,palpitation and spontaneous sweating.2.The treatment group and the control group can improve the effect of unstable angina pectoris and ECG,and there is no significant difference.3.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving the inpatient rate...
