Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Heat Toxin Stasis Type With The Method Of Clearing Away Heat,Detoxifying And Removing Blood Stasis

Objective:The purpose of this study is to combine conventional western medicine treatment,use the method of clearing away heat,detoxifying and removing blood stasis of traditional Chinese medicine to treat unstable angina pectoris of heat and toxin stasis type,observe its clinical efficacy,evaluate its clinical safety,explore its pathogenesis theory,in order to provide a broader clinical research idea for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:The subjects of this study all come from the inpatients in the Department of general medicine and the Department of Cardiology in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,70 patients were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.35 patients were included in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group.The control group was given aspirin,Betaloc,atorvastatin,isosorbide mononitrate tablets and other conventional western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Qingre Huoxue Decoction,which has the effect of clearing heat,detoxification and removing blood stasis.After 4 weeks of treatment,observe and compare the angina attack,the change of TCM symptoms,ECG changes,laboratory examination and other indicators of the two groups before and after treatment,so as to further evaluate the overall clinical efficacy.Results:After treatment,the angina attack and TCM symptoms of the two groups were relieved.After treatment,the scores of angina pectoris and TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of ECG and the reduction of stopping rate of quick acting crown expanding drugs in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of hs CRP in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in reducing blood lipid level.Conclusion:The method of clearing away heat,removing toxin and removing blood stasis has a good clinical effect in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of the type of heat,toxin and stasis.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the frequency of attacks,relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of heat,toxin and blood stasis,reduce the dosage of quick acting crown expanding drugs.At the same time of improving ECG performance,the discomfort symptoms of the patients were obviously reduced,and the quality of life of the patients was improved.It is a safe,effective and economic treatment method,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
