Western medicine alone control group, treatment (lesion removal, treatment of the sequestrum, internal fixed-processing, the stability of reconstruction, continued washing, antibiotic use, etc.), the treatment group therapy in Western medicine to be sen on the basis of Xianfanghuomingyin with Taohongsiwutang Treating. According to efficacy evaluation criteria, the patient telephone follow-up, gather information, investigate the current situation patients will be collected by the input data SPSS17.0 package to establish a database and conduct statistical analysis count data was used to compare between the two groups X2 test; measurement data between the two groups t test was used to compare:Variance arrhythmia using rank sum test P=0.05.[Results] All patients were followed up according the criteria for determining efficacy of follow-up time of 1 month to 1 year, an average of 4.8 months, the treatment group cure rate 65.38%, improvement rate 30.77% and total effective rate 96.15% was significantly higher in the control group (respectively 57.69%,26.92%, 93.61%), P<0.05 in the control group the number of fever days, and CRP, erythrocyte sedimentation rate decreased trend has emerged time and recovery time was less than the control group (P<0.05), treatment group relapse rate (3.85%) was significantly lower than the control group (15.38%) (P<0.05), while the treatment group and control group, the incidence of side effects, no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).[Conclusion] Xianfanghuomingyin with Taohongsiwutang Treating postoperative infection in orthopedic made to shorten treatment time, effectively improve the patient's condition and reduce the relapse rate and a better efficacy with fewer side effects...
