| Objective: To observe Taohongsiwutang subtraction clinical efficacy of the treatmentof refractory warts and studied by confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) in wartsand seborrheic keratoses, syringoma value in diagnosis has.Methods: The inclusion criteria for refractory warts average of60patients wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment groups:Taohongsiwutang subtraction combined topical adapalene gel. Control group: transferfactor capsules with topical adapalene gel. Experimental group: Select the clinicalmanagement of skin diseases are diagnosed and warts, seborrheic keratoses, syringomapatients,60patients, conducted CLSM detection, make a diagnosis, and the initialdiagnosis contrast, draw conclusions.Results: The cure rate was76.67%, the total efficiency of96.67%; cure rate was53.33%in the control group, the total efficiency of70.00%in the treatment group cure rateand total effective rate than the control group showed significant differences (P <0.05),treatment group than the control group. Confocal laser scanning microscopy warts,seborrheic keratoses, syringoma gold standard for diagnosis and management of skindisease concordance rates were93.33%,91.67%,96.67%.Conclusion: The treatment group compared with the control group efficiency, highcure rate, rapid onset, Taohongsiwutang Treating Intractable warts clinical efficacy, worthyof promotion. Confocal laser scanning microscopy for warts, seborrheic keratoses,syringoma diagnosis with high clinical value. |
