Experimental And Clinical Study On Hesang Gels To Accelerate Effects Of Hair Growth

Objective:Completion of experimental study and clinical observation on hesang gels to accelerate effects of hair growth.Methods:Through the experimental research of hair regeneration, cutaneous stimulus toxity via hair removal zone of wistar rats, detect the related indicators of hair regeneration,security of hesang gels. Clinical observation,56 cases of male pattern alopecia patients will be randomly divided into treatment group,control group.Observed the hair growth,before and after treatment of patients.Results:Through the animals experimental study, hesang gels can expand capillary diameter in rat dermis,promote regeneration of hair follicles and capillaries,could significantly promote hair growth in rats,drug effects and drug dosage was a good correlation. Hesang gels could arese mild irritation on the broken skin of rats.After 3 months of clinical observation shows, Overall response rate of hesang gels (treatment group)in the treatment of male pattern alopecia patients was 80.00%,significantly better than 5% minoxidil (control group),(Overall response rate was 53.85%).Conclusion:Hesang gels is safe,non-irritating to the intact skin,no acute toxicity,could promote hair growth,have the value of further research and development.
