The Observation Of Immediate And Recent Antihypertensive Effects Using Auricular Apex Bloodletting And The Acupoint Embedding Methods In Treating Hypertension

Objective:To observe the immediate and recent antihypertensive effects of auricular apex bloodletting and acupoint embedding in treating hypertension Methods:90 cases of patients diagnosed with hypertension were randomly divided into three groups, auricular apex bloodletting group, acupoint embedding group, auricular apex bloodletting combined with acupoint embedding group. The blood pressure of the first two groups of patients 5min before treatment was assessed as well as 5min,15min,30min and 60min after the treatment and be analyzed using medical statistics, to observe the immediate antihypertensive effects. The blood pressure of the three groups before and after one month treatment were assessed and analyzed by medical statistics, to observe the recent antihypertensive effects Results:1.The immediate antihypertensive effects:In the auricular apex bloodletting group, the blood pressure 5min after the treatment had no statistically difference compared to the blood pressure 5min before the treatment (p>0.05), and the blood pressure 15min,30min,60min after the treatment had difference statistically compared to the blood pressure 5min before the treatment(p<0.05),the blood pressure 5min,15min,60min after the treatment had difference compared to the blood pressure 30min after the treatment(p<0.05); In the acupoint embedding group, the blood pressure 5min,15min,30min,60min after the treatment had no statistically difference compared to the blood pressure 5min before the treatment (p>0.05) 2. The recent antihypertensive effects:The antihypertensive effects in the auricular apex bloodletting combined with acupoint embedding group had difference compared to the other two groups after 1 month's treatment (95% CI does not overlap,and R bloodletting< R embedding, R bloodletting0.05) Conclusion:1.There are significant immediate antihypertensive effects using auricular apex bloodletting, the blood pressure begins to decrease 15min after the treatment among all the observation times, the antihypertensive effects are the best 30min after the treatment, there are antihypertensive effects 60min after the treatment; There are no significant immediate antihypertensive effects using acupoint embedding.2. The three methods can reduce the blood pressure to different degrees in hypertension patients. Auricular apex bloodletting combined with acupoint embedding methods are better than the auricular apex bloodletting alone or single-use of acupoint embedding in the recent antihypertensive effects in hypertension patients; auricular apex bloodletting has obvious immediate antihypertensive effects. The recent antihypertensive effects has no difference using auricular bloodletting and acupoint embedding methods.
