| Objective:Colorectal cancer patients after surgical operation are often weak in spleen function combined with qi deficiency. "jian pi xiao liu fang" based on the therapeutic principle of promoting qi and strengthen spleen, so this study use 'jian pi xiao liu fang' combined with chemotherapy to observe the efficacy of anti-cancer metastasis. Methods:50 colorectal cancer patients who were in the stageâ…¡-â…¢of the TNM were randomly divided into two groups,26 patients in the treated group were administered with 'jian pi xiao liu fang'and chemotherapy (L-OHP+5-Fu/LV regimen),24 in the control group with chemotherapy alone. The changes of the objective effects were observed after four periods of treatment. The efficacy of anti-cancer metastasis was observed after one year. Results:The treated group had a lower metastasis. The weights,KPS and immune parameters(CD3+,NK)were significantly improved in the treated group. The toxicity and the side effect were lighter. But there was no significant differences between two groups on the damage of the liver and kidney. Conclusion:'jian pi xiao liu fang'combined with chemotherapy can reduce the metastasis and the side effects.
