Clinical Study On Advanced Colorectal Cancer Treated By "Jian Pi Qu Zhuo Xiao Ji Fang" Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective: To analysis of the clinical efficacy on " Temper deficiency and Wet stasiseach knot " type of advanced colorectal cancer treated by“Jian pi qu zhuo xiao ji fang”combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy regimen. Methods:60subjects with advancedcolorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups,30patients in the observationgroup were administered with “Jian pi qu zhuo xiao ji fang” and FOLFIRI chemotherapyregimen.30in the control group with FOLFIRI chemotherapy regimen alone. Objectiveeffects and the changes of the subjective symptoms、body weights、KPS、immuneparameters、tumor markers (CEA、CA199)、the occurrence of toxicity were studied duringtwo periods of treatment. Results: After two periods of treatment, the subjective symptoms﹑weights﹑KPS﹑immune parameters、the tumor mark(CEA、CA199) were significantlyimproved in the observation group, better than in the control one. the occurrence of toxicityin the observation group less than the control group, But there was no difference betweentwo groups on the size of focus. Conclusion:“Jian pi qu zhuo xiao ji fang” combinedwith FOLFIRI chemotherapy regimen have better curative effect on treating advancedcolorectal cancer,Worthy of further study.
