Clinical Observation Of 'Jian Pi Xiao Yan Recipe' Combined With Chemotherapy For Breast Cancer

Objective:Application of jian pi xiao yan recipe combined with DE chemical therapy in the treatment of breast, to observe the changes of tumor indication,Karnofsky score, adverse effects in chemical therapy.Objective evaluate the curative effect in the treatment of breast cancer, to establish the foundation for the development of new anti-cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Method: 40 breast cancer patients who were in the stage III-IV of the TNM were randomly divided into two groups, 20 patients in the observed group were administered with'jian pi xiao yan recipe'and chemotherapy(docetaxel+ epidoxorubicin), 20 in the control group with chemotherapy(docetaxel+ epidoxorubicin) alone. The changes of the objective effects were observed after two periods of treatment.Result: After two periods of treatment, the subjective symptoms,the weights,KPS,immune parameters were significantly improved in the observed group. The toxicity and the side effect were lighter. But there was no significant differences between two groups on the damage of the liver and kidney.Conclusion:'jian pi xiao yan recipe'combined with chemotherapy can reduce the metastasis and the side effects.
