Hypertension Clinical Information Specifications And Dialectical Analysis

Object:For a comprehensive and standardized study of clinical information content of hypertension, promoting the standardization of diagnosis and treatment as well as the accuracy of syndrome differentiation, to make the vague description of the clinical information into well-defined clinical terms to standardize syndrome differentiation of hypertension. Methods:According to the research data from clinical cases related to hypertension medical records of TCM from 2006 to 2009 in "Chinese Journal Full-text database", referring to the books related to symptoms, standardize and define the clinical symptoms connotation of hypertension. Extracting the basis of syndrome differentiation--characteristic symptom and characteristic syndrome, analyze the general laws of syndrome differentiation and characteristics of syndrome classification of hypertension. Results:Through arrangement and standardization of clinical cases information to identify the symptoms unit of hypertension, analyze the symptoms of various types and distribution situation. Conclusions:The hypertension clinical information arranged and standardized become more scientific; the syndrome types analyzed are clearer and sharper. It will play a role in promoting the process of standardizing symptoms and syndrome types of TCM.
