Objective:To investigate the effect of rinsing on fat viability and develop a new rinsing method for autologous fat transfer. Methods:Fat was rinsed by saline and balanced fluid for 0,1,3,5,7,10,12,15 times and detected by glucose transportation test. The fat viability was compared with different rinsing fluid and times. Results:There was significant difference in fat viability between saline and balance fluid after repression of tumescent narcotic (P<0.05). There was significant difference in fat viability between different rinsing times (P<0.01), but no significant difference between rinsing fluid and times (P>0.05). The number of glucose transportation with saline rinsing is more than with balance fluid. Conclusion:Rinsing can improve the viability of fat following tumescent anesthesia. The increasing of the fat viability with saline rinsing is superior than with balance fluid rinsing, fat can be fully rinsed 3 times by saline; The increasing of the fat viability which rinsed by balance fluid is steadier than by saline, fat can be fully rinsed≥3 times by balance fluid。...
