A Clinical Comparative Study Of Tumescent Local Anesthesia Under The Guidance Of Ultrasound And Epidural Anesthesia On The Denudation Of The Great Saphenous Vein

Objective:Study of two different anesthesia methods under the stripping of great saphenous vein through the contrast effect.discussing tumescent local anesthesia for great saphenous vein stripping surgery under the guidance of ultrasound is feasibility.Observing the clinical therapeutic effect of this way and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the way of great saphenous veins.Further found that ultrasound guided tumescent local anesthesia of great saphenous vein stripping limitations,complementing the technology of related research.Methods:1.Select 60 patients accord the diagnostic criteria, inclusion and exclusion criteria of the great saphenous vein varicosity.It was divided into the experimental group(high ligation of great saphenous vein by ultrasound guided tumescent local anesthesia+internal stripping+excision of vein) and the control group(epidural anesthesia with high ligation of great saphenous vein+internal stripping+excision of vein) by the complete random grouping method,30 patients in each group.Finally, according to the operation time, intraoperative stripping of great saphenous vein of blood pressure, heart rate, postoperative VAS pain scores, postoperative bed activity time, postoperative complications and economic performance determine the effects of two different anesthesia methods.2.With statistical methods,comparing the difference between the two groups,So that the ultrasound guided tumescent local anesthesia saphenous vein stripping surgery and feasibility,by comparison with epidural anesthesia,in order to improve the research of this method of anesthesia.Results:1.This study collected 60 patients (83 limbs). The experimental group of 30 patients (44 limbs) and control group of 30 patients (39 limbs), the difference in gender, age, grade structure of two groups of patients without statistical significance (P>0.05), the two sets of data are comparable.2.Ultrasound guided tumescent local anesthesia of great saphenous vein stripping off technique and putamen outside the anesthesia of great saphenous vein stripping operation in the operation time,nausea and vomiting were no statistical significance (P>0.05).3.The experimental group in the postoperative VAS pain score, postoperative bed activity time, postoperative urinary retention,lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,postoperative hospital stay and hospitalization expenses are lower than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).4.The control group in the operation of stripping off the trunk of great saphenous vein of blood pressure and heart rate are lower than the experimental group,the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided tumescent local anesthesia and epidural anesthesia for saphenous vein stripping all have the characteristics of simple, safety and good curative effect.Ultrasound guided tumescent local anesthesia of great saphenous vein stripping surgery can rapidly get well and effectively avoid anesthesia postoperative complications and deep vein thrombosis formation,at the same time which can reduce postoperative pain, cost of hospitalization and economic burden of patients. So,the anesthesia method has a good application prospect in treatment of great saphenous vein.
