Both systems have their respective comparative advantages, in the qualitative orientation, responsibilities and tasks, direction and development goals and so consistent, pre-pilot and promote the integration of urban and rural health work has laid a good foundation, already the possibility of convergence.Conclusion:Community Health Services and the new rural cooperative medical service system by the overall system of scientific planning, standardization of service organizations set up to establish a unified sound basic medical insurance system for urban and rural areas, long-term financial investment mechanism and regulating the financial management system, reform of the approved staffing and personnel management system to give full play to the role of Chinese national medicine of urban and rural areas to achieve the health system based on the organic convergence and unity.
