The 24-hours urine protein, serum creatinine(SCR) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Total cholesterol(TC)and Triglyceride(TG) were measured before and after the treatment. The changes of accumulating grade of TCM syndrome were observed at the same time.Result:⑴In reducing the accumulating grade of TCM syndrome, there was significant difference in both groups (P< 0.01).While no difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).⑵The levers of the 24-hours urine protein were significantly reduced in both groups (P< 0.01),and the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group (P< 0.05).⑶The SCR and BUN were significantly reduced in the treatment group (P< 0.05),but there was no differences in the control group (P> 0.05).Conclution:Both groups have good curative effect in treating syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis combined in the chronic glomerulonephritis patients. While the treatmeant group is superior to the control in total curative effect. It is provided that theoretical basis for the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis combinded in the chronic glomerulonephritis.
