The Experiment Research On Treatment Of DE Model Rats That Have Diarrhea And Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney By Tangguankang

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of a complex prescription of Tangchangning on DE model rats that have deficiency of spleen and kidney, and discuss the mechanism of action that Tangchangning improves the symptoms of DE model rats that have deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods:80 adult male clean degree Wistar rats were selected.16 rats were randomly selected as Normal group, and the remaining 64 rats become DE model rats that have deficiency of spleen and kidney by intraperitoneal injection STZ and intramuscular injection reserpine and hydrocortisone. Model rats were randomly divided into 4 groups completely, that model group, traditional Chinese medicine group of low dose, Chinese medicine treatment group of high-dose, western medicine group,16 rats in each group. Each group is given medicine by intragastric administration. At the end of the experiment, fasted 12h, measured blood glucose, the serum of GAS, MTL and SST and the jejunum tissues of SP and VIP, and observe the sympathetic nerve.Results:1. Compared with the normal group, the blood glucose of all treatment groups are much higher before and after treatment (P<0.01). And before and after treatment there is no significant difference in all treatment groups (P>0.05).2. Compared with model group, the content of GAS, MTL of all treatment groups significantly decrease (P<0.05), and the content of SST significantly increase (P<0.05).3. Compared with model group, the content of VIP in the jejunum tissue of two traditional Chinese medicine groups increase (P<0.05), and the content of SP decrease (P<0.05). But there is no significant difference between western medicine group and model group (P>0.05).4. In the all treatment groups and model group nerve fiber gaps expand, and myelin sheath swells and loses. Compared with model group, the number and density of medullated fibers of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group of high-dose increase (P<0.05), but in the number and density of Chinese medicine treatment group of low-dose and western medicine group there is no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:l.The complex prescription of Tangchangning can adjust the content of GAS,MTL and SST in the blood of DE model rats that have deficiency of spleen and kidney.2. The complex prescription of Tangchangning can adjust the content of VIP and SP of the jejunum tissue of DE model rats that have deficiency of spleen and kidney.3. The complex prescription of Tangchangning can have the therapeutic effection DE model rats that have deficiency of spleen and kidney.
