| Objectives To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion with ginger separation on diabetics with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and explore the mechanism of moxibustion with ginger separation on various therapeutic indexes.Methods A total of 68 patients with spleen-kidney-yang deficiency diabetes were selected from the endocrine diabetes department of Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Through computer software patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group given routine hypoglycemic,nutrition nerve(a cobalt amine injection),suit the antidiarrheal(montmorillonite powder)treatment,the experimental group on the basis of routine treatment plus moxa wick every ginger moxibustion(according to before and after acupuncture point selection method of guan yuan,qi hai,zhong wan,spleen shu,kidney shu),each hole 5 strong,once per day,The treatment lasted for about 20～30 minutes and lasted for 2 weeks.During the treatment period,TCM syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity,blood pressure in supine position,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and blood glucose fluctuation were observed and recorded before and after treatment in 2 groups.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical processing on the data obtained from observation records and compare the differences of various indicators before and after treatment.The number of men and women in enumeration data was tested by chi-square test;age,DM history,DPN history,TCM syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity,hs-CRP,and blood pressure in lying and standing position were tested by t test.Blood glucose fluctuations(MAGE and MODD)were measured by rank sum test and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results 1 Chi-square test was performed for gender composition of patients in the two groups.One-way ANOVA was performed for age,DM history and DPN history of patients in the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2 After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased.In the experimental group,8 cases were significantly effective,22 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 90.91%.In the control group,5 cases were significantly effective,22 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was84.38%.One-way ANOVA was performed for the two groups.The experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 After treatment,motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)in both groups were increased.One-way analysis of variance showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).4 After treatment,the amplitude of blood glucose fluctuation(MAGE)and the mean absolute difference of daytime blood glucose(MODD)in the two groups were reduced,the MAGE and MODD in the two groups did not conform to the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance.The rank sum test of the MAGE and MODD in the two groups after treatment was conducted,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).5 Both groups of patients improved after treatment.One-way ANOVA was performed for hs-CRP in both groups after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05).6 There was no significant change in the blood pressure in the two groups before and after treatment,and there was no statistical significance in the blood pressure in the two groups after treatment by one-way ANOVA(P > 0.05).Conclusions 1 In this study,ginger separation and moxibustion combined with western medicine has obvious advantages in improving the TCM syndromes of patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type diabetic enteropathy,which can effectively improve the symptoms of diarrhea and improve the quality of life of patients.2 Ginger moxibustion combined with western medicine treatment can improve nerve conduction velocity,effectively control blood glucose fluctuations,reduce hypersensitive C-reactive protein.Figure 0;Table10;Reference 108... |
