Objective: 1.Research and discussion the function of cell factors such as IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αin process of rheumatic arthritis.2 .Research the possible mechanism of the ordinary acupuncture and the regulation Du Meridian to promote blood circulation acupuncture as well as compare treatment results between two different groups.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into a group of ordinary acupuncture and the regulation Du Meridian to promote blood circulation acupuncture group.1.Observe the power of gripping,the early morning stiff time,the joint tenderness number,the joint tenderness index,the joint swelling number,the joint swelling index before and after treatment of RA patients.2.Contents of serum cell factors IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αwere determined before and after treatment by ELISA.Results: 1. After treatment,the early morning stiff time,the joint tenderness number,the joint tenderness index,the joint swelling number,the joint swelling index were significantly decreased and the power of gripping was significantly increased in two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01). The improving degrees of the regulation Du Meridian to promote blood circulation acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the level of serum cell factors IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αwere significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01). The improving degrees of the regulation Du Meridian to promote blood circulation acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1. After treatment, the joint tenderness number,the joint tenderness index,the joint swelling number,the joint swelling index were significantly improved in two groups. The improving degrees of the regulation Du Meridian to promote blood circulation acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.2. After treatment, the level of serum cell factors IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αwere significantly decreased in two groups. The improving degrees of the regulation Du Meridian to promote blood circulation acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.This possibly is one of the function mechanisms of acupuncture therapy in molecular biology level.3. The regulation Du Meridian to promote blood circulation acupuncture has obvious bi-directional regulative effects in the immunity adjustment aspect.The mechanism is possibly promotion Yang spirit in Du Meridian,invigoration spirit and blood in Ren Meridian and penetration vitality of all meridians.Regulate Yin and Yang,harmony spirit and blood and finally achieve immunity adjustment steady state while balance come between Yin and Yang.
