Clinical Evalution On The Treatment Of Rheymati Knee Arthritis With Cold-dampness Arthralgia Typewith The Method Of Retaining Acupuncture And Needling With Milefire

Objective:In order to provide a new effective method for clinical treatment of rheumatic knee arthritis of cold and dampness arthralgia type,the clinical curative effect of mild fire acupuncture on rheumatic knee arthritis of cold dampness arthralgia type was evaluated by probing into the effectiveness of the method of retaining acupuncture with millionfire acupuncture in treating rheumatic knee arthritis of cold damp arthralgia.Methods:According to the time sequence of the first visit,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).All patients were treated for 4 weeks.In the treatment group,the internal knee eyes,external knee eyes,Liang Qiu,blood sea,Yin Ling Quan,Yang Ling Quan,Zusanli and Guan Yuan acupoints were used in the treatment group.0.30mm×40.0mm firearm needle was used,the depth of the needle was 20 mm and 25 mm,and the needle was retained for 10 minutes.Once a day,6 consecutive days,one day off,1 week as a course of treatment.The control group,with the same size of ordinary millineedle,the same depth of acupuncture,30 minutes,once a day,6 consecutive days,rest for one day,a week as a course of treatment.Both groups were combined with conventional drugs(Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside)for basic treatment.VAS visual analogue pain scale,Lysholm knee joint score scale and TCM symptom score scale were used to observe and evaluate the curative effect.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data analysis(P>0.05),and there was comparability between the two groups.2.VAS score:there was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS score before treatment(P>0.05),which indicated that the VAS score before treatment between the two groups was comparable.The non-parametric test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the VAS score before treatment(P>0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups.After treatment,the two groups after treatment compared with the pre-treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both mild fire acupuncture and common acupuncture can effectively alleviate the joint pain of the patients.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that mild fire acupuncture was more effective than ordinary acupuncture in relieving pain symptoms.3.Lysholm score:before treatment,the knee joint scores of the two groups were in accordance with normal distribution(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the Lysholm scores of the two groups before treatment were comparable.After treatment,the intra-group comparison,according to the normal distribution,using paired sample t-test,the two groups before and after treatment were compared with all(P<0.05),indicating that the two kinds of acupuncture can improve the function of the knee joint.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the mild fire acupuncture group was superior to the ordinary acupuncture group in comparison with the normal distribution(P<0.05).4.TCM symptom score:compared with the total score of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment.Before the treatment,the two groups had cold joint pain(P<0.658),and there was a significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P<0.658).The joint swelling(P<0.850)and the range of motion(P=0.206)P>0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,mild fire could improve the symptoms of cold joint pain(P<0.046),joint swelling(P=0.038)and joint mobility(P=0.042),which was better than that of ordinary acupunctur.5.After treatment,the total effective rate was 89.66%in the mild fire acupuncture group and 70%in the ordinary acupuncture group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group According to SPSS statistical analysis,the curative effect of mild fire acupuncture group was better than that of ordinary acupuncture group in treating rheumatic knee arthritis of cold dampness arthralgia typeConclusion:1.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of patients with rheumatic arthritis of the cold-damp arthralgia type2.the VAS score and Lysholm knee joint score of rheumatic knee arthritis patients with cold-dampness arthralgia type can be obviously improved by "retention needling method",which can effectively relieve pain and motor disturbance,and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
