Shaoyaogancaotang Aconite Soup Freund's Complete Adjuvant Arthritis Serum Il-1��, Pge <sub> 2 </ Sub> Levels Of Impact

【Objective】To investigate the mechanism of the therapy of Paeoniae and Glycyrrhizae and Aconiti Decoction(PGAD)on the rheumatoid arthritis.【Method】Forty-eight Wistar rats were divided into normal comparison group, model group, Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.f group and PGAD group at random. Except the normal comparison group, the others were fabricated Adjuvant Arthritis(AA)model. After treated the model rats for 21 days. Collected the blood of all rats to measure the level of Interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and Prostaglandin E2(PGE2).And histopathology change of left malleolus joint were observed through light microscope.【Result】PGAD can reduce the content of IL-1βand PGE2,And relive the histopathology change of malleolus joint, which were statistically significant compared to those of model group.【Conclusion】PGAD can reduce the content of IL-1βand PGE2 to lessen their destroy of the joint.
