Aikedakang On The Medium-Term Primary Liver Cancer Effects Of Interleukin-2

Objective: To observe the aikedakang particles of the medium-term IL-2 in patients with primary liver cancer, and to explore its mechanism of anti-cancer therapyMethod: 60 cases selected medium-term treatment of primary liver cancer were divided into two groups and the control group, 30 cases in each group were given conventional treatment of symptomatic support and nourish the liver, the treatment group taking this basis aikedakang treatment of 2 months. Two groups were detected after treatment of serum levels of IL-2.Results:1. The treatment group before and after treatment levels of serum IL-2 was not significant, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; the control group before and after treatment decreased serum levels of IL-2, P <0.05, significant difference; treatment levels of serum IL-2 compared with the control group than the treatment group decreased significantly, P <0.05, significant difference.2. AFP: two groups before and after treatment P <0.05, statistically significant; treatment group and control group after treatment compared P P <0.01, statistically significant;3. Liver: treatment group compared with the control group decreased significantly, P <0.05, statistically significant.4. Karnofsky score: the treatment group improved significantly higher steady rate, P <0.05, statistically significant decline in the treatment group was lower than the control group, P <0.05, statistically significant;5. The two groups in an efficient and stable rate between the treatment group than the control group, P <0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion:1. aikedakang particles can delay the mid-PLC in vivo in patients with decreased levels of IL-2, indicating its role in immune regulation. 2. aikedakang particles in the medium-term PLC treatment can improve symptoms, improve liver function and quality of life, there is a genuine effect.
