Objective: To investigate the factors influencing long-term survival of patients with primary liver cancer, and the effect of surgical resection,TACE and radiofrequency ablation on the survival time of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: January 2001 to 2010 January in Xinjiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital diagnosed as primary hepatocellular carcinoma 452 patients, which 392 complete data were, for survival time less than 5 years,n=349)and survival time is more than or equal to 5 years(n = 43)in the two groups.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the possible factors, and logistic regression analysis was used to find the significant factors affecting long-term survival of patients with primary liver cancer. And 36 patients who survived more than 5 years were divided into combined treatment group and treated group. The survival time of patients after 5 years was analyzed.Result: Among them, the age,the degree of liver cirrhosis, the size of the liver tumor, the number of liver tumor, the portal vein have no invasion to the long-term survival of patients with statistical significance(p<0.01).The average survival time was 26 months after combined treatment for 5 years or more, and the average survival time was 11 months. After T test, test was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion: Primary hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with age(> 60)and the degree of cirrhosis child(a,b),intrahepatic tumor number(less than or equal to 3),portal vein invasion,in favor of primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients achieve long-term survival of four factors.Postoperative recurrence of patients with TACE,radiofrequency ablation treatment, surgical resection and other combination treatment mean survival time compared with the average survival time of simple treatment.
