Objective:This study was designed Aikedakang particles patients with primary primary liver cancer of the medium-term in vivo basic fibroblast growth factor expression levels to determine the efficacy Aikedakang particles for the medium-term Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer provide more treatment options. Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria 60 patients with primary liver medium-term,randomly divided into control and treatment groups. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,The treatment group received conventional symptomatic treatment plusing aikedakang granule particles, course of treatment all for 60 days;Patients were observed before and after treatment in vivo basic fibroblast growth factor expression, lesion size, clinical symptoms, quality of life and living conditions of the change. The control group compared with the treatment group, analysis of the difference. Results:Patients treated by the inhibition of tumor lesions,Inhibition of tumor growth;Basic fibroblast growth factor's expression is reduced, significant improvement of clinical symptoms, quality of life is improved. Conclusions:Aikedakang particles can reduce the serum of patients with primary liver cancer of basic fibroblast growth factor expression; disease under control in patients with primary liver cancer may be related to basic fibroblast growth factor to stimulate endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and promote related to the role of angiogenesis.
