Objective: Through the randomized,single-blind,positive contrast clinical observation between scalp acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture and traditional ordinary acupuncture on the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction to avaluate clinical curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture,investigate its mechanism and initially investigate the overall prognosis of the cerebral infarction patients accepting scalp acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture .As well as electric brain infarction urinary incontinence after discussion on the clinical effectiveness, its mechanism and scalp, electro-acupuncture therapy on brain infarction patients overall prognosis of patients , as well as inorder to optimize the clinical acupuncture treatment of this disease and provide evidence. Methods: This study utilizes a random number table method and randomly divides 60 cases meeting the inclusion criteria of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction into two treatment group and comparison group,30 cases in each group. groups,By visiting sequence bring into patients after signing the informed consent. Both two groups of patients were given neurology conventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease. The treatment group will be carried out acupuncture of Sishencong, Baihui, bilateral Shenshu and Huiyang points. Bilateral respectively take ipsilateral Shenshu and Huiyang connected electrical device from top to bottom. Shenshu points connect positive and Huiyang point connect negative once a day, 30 minutes/time, using the sparse wave stimulation(1Hz). Rest one day after six days of treatment, two weeks as a course, Continuous treatment efficacy is evaluated after two courses. The control group selects the Guanyuan, Qihai and Zhongji and bilateral Taichong and Sanyinjiao once per day acupuncture needle left 30 minutes. Rest one day after six days of treatment, two weeks as a course. Two groups of patients'FIM scale scores and voiding diary of 48 hours'before and after treatment for the index, and the observation of patients with the number of urinary tract infection cases, two groups compare and have statistical analysis before treatment and after treatment group and the group.Result: Scalp acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture treatment group'cure rate index and total effective rate of improvement is significantly better than the control group treated with traditional acupuncture. There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The two groups'FIM scale scores have significant difference(P <0.05). Between the treatment group before treatment and after treatment there is significant difference(P<0.05). Comparing the two courses of treatment, treatment group has a case of urinary tract infection, and the control group has six cases of urinary tract infection. Conclusion: 1.Scalp acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture treatment to urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction is positive effect and clearly superior to the traditional acupuncture treatment. 2.The treatment group significantly improves the patients in urinary incontinence with other complications and can reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection. 3.Treatment group could significantly improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction and achieve the greatest social return. 4.The treatment group is effective, easy to operate with few fine points, inexpensive, non-toxic side effects, and is accepted by the majority of patients, easy to spread.
