Objective:To study the correlation of acute ischemic stroke and blood pressure variability, circadian rhythm and related risk factors .Methods:Select elderly inpatients of 85 cases, divided into normal blood pressure group,a total of 16 cases, including 8 cases of stroke, aged 65-77 years, mean age 70.63±3.70 years; non stroke 8, aged 65-79 years, mean age 70.50±4.54 years; simple contraction of hypertension , a total of 28 cases ,including 21 cases of stroke, aged 65-78 years, mean age 71.10±3.90 years,7 non-stroke group, aged 65-82 years, mean age 71.86±5.64 years;full of high blood pressure group of 41 cases,of which 36 cases of stroke, aged 65-78 years, mean age 71.13±4.08 years,5 cases of non-stroke,aged 65-81 years, mean age 71.25±4.05 years.Do 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring by noninvasive portable blood pressure monitor . Carotid intima-media thickness measurement was done by color Doppler ultrasound. head CT were done with 64 row CT, United States and head MRI were done with MRI.Results:(1) There is correlation between stroke and hypertension.(2) In the clinical data of blood pressure,Compared to the normal group, isolated systolic hypertension group were significantly different in TG,LDLC,FBG, with positive correlation. the whole hypertensive group were significantly different in the TG,HDLC,LDLC,FBG, which with the TG, LDLC, FBG was a positive correlation, negative correlation with HDLC; to clinical data of stroke, Compared to the non-stroke group, brain stroke group had significant difference in TG in risk factors, a positive correlation. (3) Compared to the situation with isolated systolic hypertension group and the whole group and normal blood pressure with a difference in the indicators, MAP was positively correlated in stroke group and the non-stroke group, nDABPVC negative correlation. (4) Elderly normotensive group was mostly spatula-shaped blood pressure, non-dipper hypertensive and anti-spatula-shaped form in isolated systolic hypertension group and the whole group were significantly higher,χ2 = 25.308, P =0.000. (5)Comparision shows that the thickness of the carotid artery with cerebral infarction with isolated systolic hypertension and the whole of the normal blood pressure group are higher than the normal group,χ2 = 10.385, P = 0.006. IMT thickness of the stroke group was significantly higher than non-stroke group, t = 2.758, P = 0.007; the thickness of IMT in the whole hypertension was significantly higher than systolic hypertension, systolic hypertension group was significantly higher than normal blood pressure group , F = 23.970, P = 0.000. IMT≥0.9 mm compared with IMT <0.9 mm group TG, FBG was a positive correlation. dSBP was positively correlated with IMT, with a statistically significant.Conclusions:1,Elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke was positively correlated with blood pressure, high TG,FBG,LDLC were the risk factors which leaded hypertension in elderly.2,SBP has relationship with occurrence of stroke. Rhythrm of blood pressure were in disorders, variability decreased, continuing high levels of nocturnal blood pressure, which were closely related with stroke in the early morning.3,The thickness of common carotid artery general increased in elderly hypertensive patients with stroke, and TG,FBG,dSBP were positive related to carotid artery, the thickness of carotid artery is positive related to the occurrence of stroke and hypertension, carotid artery thickness to be a place of acute ischemic stroke risk factors.
