| Objective To investigate the drug-resistant genes associated with P-lactams in Pseudomonas aeruginosa from Susceptibility testing roomMaterials and Methods1. Thirty strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from Susceptibility testing room, K-B disk diffusion method was used in susceptibility testing.2. The drug-resistant genes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected by PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction)Results1. The resistant rates of AMK,GEN,FEP,CFP,CSL,CAZ,CRO,ATM,TZP,CIP,IPM,MEM,LEV,CL were 53.3%,40%,23.3%,36.7%,20%,40%,33.3%,40%,33.3%,40%,23.3%,20%,36.7% and 36.7%, respectively.2. In 30 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the MDR was 53.3%(16/30) And blaNDM-1,blaOXA-24 genes were negative in tested isolates. Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant toβ-lactam antibiotics possessed SHV DHA OXA genes and lacked oprD2 gene. The positive rate of blaSHV blaDHA blaOXA-23 blaIMP-1 were 25%,68.75%,12.5%,43.75%.3. The oprD2 gene lacked was 43.75%.Conclusion1. Pseudomonas aeruginosa carries variousβ-lactamases genes in susceptibility testing room.2. Clinically, in the face of the case that Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected severely, the third generation cephalosporins and P-lactamase inhibitor compound preparations may be empirical select. |
