Part One Before And After Operation The Serum ABCG2 Level Change Of The Clinical Significance

Objective:To observe the serum ABCG2 level of NSCLC patients before and after operation, and explore its clinical significance. Method:Take the serum who 15 cases healthy adults and 60 cases NSCLC patients preoperative and postoperative,test the ABCG2 level in serum with ELISA,and analyze relationship with the Clinical and pathological features. Results:The serum ABCG2 level of all group of patients before surgery is higher than the heathly adults(P<0.05);the serum ABCG2 level of the patients one week after surgery is lower than preoperative(P<0.05);the serum ABCG2 level three weeks after surgery further reduce,and compared with heathly adults, the diffierence is statistically significan(tP<0.05);the serum ABCG2 level of the patients before surgery and one week after surgery is no obviously relevance to Clinical and pathological features(P>0.05);the serum ABCG2 level three weeks after surgery is related to TNM staging and Lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),the serum ABCG2 level ofâ…¢period patients is higher thanâ… ,â…¡period patients,the serum ABCG2 level of the patients with lymph node metastasis is higher than the patients without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The serum ABCG2 level of the NSCLC patients are higher than the heathly adults; the serum ABCG2 level may become uesful indicator to judge surgical effect and prognosis. Results:The serum ABCG2 level of all group of patients before chemotherapy is higher than the heathly adults, the diffierence is statistically significant (P<0.05);the serum ABCG2 level of the NSCLC patients after chemotherapy is higher than before chemotherapy, the diffierence is statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum ABCG2 level of the effective patients with chemotherapy there are no obvious difference before and after chemotherapy, the diffierence is not statistically significant(P>0.05); the serum ABCG2 level of the ineffective patients with chemotherapy after chemotherapy is higher than before chemotherapy, the diffierence is statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum ABCG2 level of the patients with Pleural effusion is higher than the patients without Pleural effusion,but the diffierence is not statistically significant(P>0.05);the effective rate of chemotherapy for the patients with pleural effusion is higher than the patients without pleural effusion, but the diffierence is not statistically significant(P>0.05).conclusion :The serum ABCG2 level of the NSCLC patients is higher than the heathly adults ;the serum ABCG2 level maybe become supporting indicator to judge the effect of chemotherapy.
