Object:Discussion of the female reproductive endocrine seismic stress. Methods:The investigation was done according to self-made gynecological questionnaire, self-made traditional chinese medicine syndromes scale, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) questionnaire in August 2008 once. The questionnaire survey of seismic stress group was done in disastrous areas (such as Pingwu county, Dujiangyan City, Pengzhou county) in "5.12 Wen chuan Earthquake" while the questionnaire survey of control group was done in non-disastrous areas(such as jian yang city,zi yang city) based on relevant inclusion and exclusion standard. Results:There were 129 questionnaire survey totally and 39 of them were unqualified in 2 groups and 45 qualified surveies in each group.(1)There was comparability in 2 groups (p>0.05). (2)The incidence of menstrual disorder in seismic stress group (77.78%)was significantly higher than control group (p<0.05).There were 35 cases who sufferd from 6 kinds menstrual problems. They were bradymenorrhea (9 cases), preceeded menorrhea (8 cases), delayed menorrhea (6 cases),scanty menstruation (6 cases), menorrhagia (4 cases),disorderd menstruation (2 cases) respectively. There was no statistical differernce in leucorrhea disordersin the 2 groups (p>0.05). (3) The scores of SAS and SDS in seismic stress group was significantly higher than control group (p<0.01).(4)There was statistic difference in 19 of 20 items in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms before and after earthquake (p<0.01).About patterns they were 23 cases liver qi stagnation,12 cases yin defeciency,8 case spleen defeciency with phlegm and 2 cases qi defeciency with blood stasis respectively.(5)There was statistic difference in menstrual disorder in seismic stress group among those females whose relatives were dead, injury and no-injury (p<0.05). There was no statistic difference in menstrual disorder among those females whose relatives were injury and no-injury (p>0.05). There was statistic difference in SDS and SAS among those females whose relatives were dead, injury and no-injury after earthquake (p<0.05). The severity was dead> injury> no-injury. (6) There was statistic difference in menstrual disorder in seismic stress group among those females whose education were different (p<0.05).They were primary school>junior school>senior school or even higer.More lower education more severy SDS symptoms (p<0.05).(7)They were positive correlation in menstruation severity and SDS and SAS. (p<0.01).They were positive correlation in menstruation severity and liver qi stagnation and both qi and yin defeciency (p<0.05).(8) There was statistic difference in menstruation severity for liver qi stagnation pattern and both qi and yin defeciency pattern (p<0.05).There was statistic difference in SDS and SAS for liver qi stagnation pattern and both qi and yin defeciency pattern (p<0.01)Conclusion:(1)The seismic stress has significant influence on physical and psychological effects for female. It Hit a higher incidence of female menstruation disorder whose family members were seriously injuried or lower educational level, the severity of the more serious menstrual disorders. (2) syndromes as liver Qi stagnation, followed by Qi and Yin deficiency. liver Qi stagnation, and irregular menstruation more closely severity. (3) seismic stress in women prone to depression, and anxiety change. Relatives of the more serious injuries, lower educational level, the more serious depression and anxiety.
