Clinical Studies On Cold Asthma Treatment With Jiawei San-ao Decoction

Objective:To observe the influence of Jiawei San-ao Decoction for acute attack of bronchial asthma patients with clinical symptoms and signs score and lung function(FEV1,PEF) and serum eosinophils.Methods:60 cases of the acute attack of asthma severity classification standards with mild tomoderate patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group with Jiawei San-ao Decoction intergrated western medicine,the control group with conventional western medieine alone, the treatment consisits 1 month.And the two groups of patients with acute exacerbation of asthma symptoms, signs,lung function(FEV1,PEF) and serum eosinophils are observed.Results:The clinical research result showed that after treatment the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05). The lung function and serum eosinophils of study groups were significantly improved(P<0.05). The lung function of the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference of eosinophil between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Take the Jiawei San-ao Decoction as the classical side, joins warm in dissipates cold which has penetrated the body, the phlegm reduction to breathe heavily the composition to ventilate and smooth the lungs evenly breathes heavily evenly, relieves a cough medicinal preparation of the phlegm reduction, the coordinate western medicine treats cold asthma, can alleviate asthma outbreak symptom effectively, reduces asthma outbreak number of times.
