The Analysis Of Influence Factor Of Boshikang Soluble Granules To The Recovery Vision Function After Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment Urgery

Objective:to collect detailed clinical rhegmatogenous retinal detachment information (vision, vision, OCT),analyze the influence of TCM to the recovery vision function after rhegmatogenous retinal detachment surgery.Methods:Eye Hospital, Shi Erming Shandong Province, rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in patients with a total of 60 cases of 60 were followed-up observation, according to survey research topics. Results:The best corrected visual acuity:the Chinese Medicines Board in January compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant; vision:Vision in January after the two groups, the difference was statistically significant. OCT examination:two groups of patients in January OCT examination, foveal retinal thickness and RNFL out of high p <0.05, significant difference, RNFL average thickness difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:The Boshikang granules can promote the absorption of subretinal fluid after, nutrition, retinal nerve cells, reducing vitreous opacity, improve visual function and improvement of systemic symptoms of significant efficacy.
