The Clinical Study On Anginapectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Treated With The Method Of WEN-YANG-TONG-MAI

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the prescription of WEN-YANG-TONG-MAI on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:60 patients of angina pectoris were randomly dividedinto treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases). XIN-RONG-JIAO-NANG capsule was given to control group.The treatment group were dosed the prescription of WEN-YANG-TONG-MAI.The influences of clinical effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group, the total effective rate of relieving angina, improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively 76.7%, 73.3% and93.4%; the corresponding remarkable rate were respectively46.7%,23.3%,46.7% which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).The level of TG, LDL-C, blood viscosity were decreased remarkably in the treatment group, which were statistically different compared with those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:the prescription of WEN-YANG-TONG-MAI can obtain more remarkable curative effect on treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
