The Clinical Study On Anginapectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Treated With The Method Of BU-QI TONG-LUO

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the prescription of BU-QI TONG-LUO on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:60 patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases). Routin therapy was given to control group by ESC2007 ACS guidelines.The treatment group were dosed the prescription of BU-QI TONG-LUO and routin therapy .The influences of clinical effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group, the total effective rate of relieving angina, improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively 90%, 80% and 96.7%; the corresponding remarkable rate were respectively 30%,33.3%,70% ,which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0. 05).The level of TC, TG, LDL-C, blood viscosity were decreased remarkably in the treatment group, the level of HDL-C were increased remarkably in the treatment group, which were statistically different compared with those of the control group(P < 0. 05).Conclusion:the prescription of BU-QI TONG-LUO can obtain more remarkable curative effect on iatreusis of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
