| Purpose:Through clinical research on modified Yang He tang treatment of angina pectoris, modified Yang He tang observed clinical efficacy of angina pectoris, so as to achieve positive and broaden soup clinical applications, play the clinical value of Chinese medicine, treatment of angina pectoris open up new avenues.Method:In the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Cardiology collected60patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease the inclusion criteria of patients as the research object, using randomized grouping method is divided into two clinical curative effect observation group, the first group of Jia wei Yang he Decoction treatment group (treatment group),30cases; second groups of She xiang Bao xin Pill treatment group (control group), in30cases; two groups were treated for4weeks. Observation of the two groups before treatment, after treatment of angina symptoms, TCM syndrome, electrocardiogram, decrease rate of nitroglycerin, blood lipid level changes. At the same time were detected before and after treatment, blood, urine, stool routine liver function, renal function and other safety indicators. Using SPSS17.0statistical analysis software for data statistics.Result:After treatment, angina classification treatment group and the control group there was a significant difference (P<0.05); groups angina symptoms were alleviated, the total effective rate of the treatment group was76.7%, the total effective rate was53.3in the control group%, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05); compared the two groups before treatment to effectively improve the clinical symptoms (P<0.05); but there was no significant difference (P>0.05) two clinical symptoms treatment. TCM syndromes comparison shows that the control group, the total effective rate was73.3%, total effective rate was83.0%. Treatment group than the control group (P<0.05); electrocardiogram situation, the total effective rate was43.3%in the treatment group, the control group total effective rate was40%in both groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); groups patients can effectively reduce the use of nitroglycerin, the total efficiency of70%and86.7%, respectively; treatment group was significantly higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05); after treatment, patients cholesterol treatment group (TC), former triglyceride (TG) than before treatment improved (P<0.05), improvement in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that:Modified Yang He tang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris; significantly reduce the use of nitroglycerin; on triglycerides, cholesterol lowering effect is obvious, and no adverse reactions. |
