The Clinical Study On Anginapectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Treated With The Method Of BU-QI TONG-LUO

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the prescription of BU-QI TONG-LUO on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:60 patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases). TONG-XIN-LUO capsule was given to control group.The treatment group were dosed the prescription of BU-QI TONG-LUO.The influences of clinical effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of relieving angina , improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively 90% , 80% and96.7%;the corresponding remarkable rate were respectively30%,33.3%,70% which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0. 05).The level of TC,TG,LDL-C,blood viscosity were decreased remarkably in the treatment group,the level of HDL-C were increased remarkably in the treatment group,which were statistically different compared with those of the control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion:the prescription of BU-QI TONG-LUO can obtain more remarkable curative effect on iatreusis of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
