Discussing About The Relativity Between The TCM Syndrome Differentiation Of Breast Tumors Not Touching And The Pathology

Objective:We aim to explore TCM syndrome differentiation of breast tumors not touching,pathological distribution characteristics of breast tumors not touching and the relativity between them, to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment, and early prevention of breast lumps malignant.Methods:Combined with symptoms, we gather the clinic datum of 120 patients of breast tumors not touching for TCM syndrome differentiation.Cut off breast tumors not touching by Mammotome biopsy and collect the pathology to analysis the relativity between the TCM syndrome differentiation of breast tumors not touching and the pathology.Results:(1) 120 patients with breast tumors not touching are divided into three kinds, including stagnation of the liver-qi, accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis, and disharmony between chong and ren, proportion is 54.2%,30.8%,15.0%. (2) Fussy, swoller pain can be found in stagnation of the liver-qi much more;stab can be found in accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis much more;secret anguish or indolence can be found in disharmony between chong and ren, it can be found in disharmony between chong and ren much more without the history of lactation; it can be found in stagnation of the liver-qi and accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis much more without the history of the diseases of breast and department of gynecology. (3) The pathology includes mammary gland hyperplasia of 89 cases(65.8%);Atypical hyperplasia 10cases(8.3%);Mammary gland fiber adenoma of 17 cases(14.2%):Breast intraductal papilloma of 4 cases(3.3%);DCIS of 3 cases (2.5%);infiltrating ductal carcinoma of 7 cases (5.8%). (4) The proportion of Mammary gland hyperplasia in the stagnation of the liver-qi is 87.7%;Each proportion of DCIS and infiltrating ductal carcinoma in the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis is 27.0%.Conclusion:Breast tumors not touching are divided into three kinds, including stagnation of the liver-qi, accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis, and disharmony between chong and ren;Fussy, swoller pain, secret anguish or indolence,the history of lactation and the history of the diseasesare of breast and department of gynecology are the marked target of differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM.Most of the pathology are benign lesions.Mammary gland hyperplasia often happens in stagnation of the liver-qi,Atypical hyperplasia and Breast cancer often happen in accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.
