The Clinical Study On Treating Of Premature Ovarian Failure Of The Deficiency Of Yin Of Liver And Kidney With The Plus-Minus Of Yuyin Ling

Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of Yu Yin Ling addition and subtraction on POF and explore its mechanism.Method:Document study and clinical observation were involved in this study.Selecting and analyzing classic and modem articles were the main methods of theory study.In clinical study, the 48 women with POF were randomly divided into two groups:The therapeutic group is treated with Yuyinling addition and subtraction;the control group is treated with the artificial cycle.Before and after the treatment,improvement of the clinical symptoms,changes of FSH,LH,E2 and differences between two groups were observed.Resutl:The clinical effective rate is 75% in treatment group and the same is79.17% in control group, no difference between them was significant(P> 0.05).Menstruation effective rates were 75% in treatment group and the same 83.33% in control group, between the two groups showed no significant (P> 0.05),but the long term effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05)TCM syndromes effective rates were 91.67% and 79.17%, between the two groups showed no significant (P> 0.05), but in improving the weak waist, hot flashes, sweating, vaginal dryness, insomnia and other symptoms, treatment were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05).After treatment, the treatment group and control group and TCM symptom score before treatment, the difference was significant (P< 0.05), between the two groups showed no significant (P > 0.05).After treatment, significantly higher serum E2, FSH,LH were significantly lower, the difference was significant (P< 0.01), between the two groups showed no significant (P> 0.05).Compared with normal group, premature ovarian failure patients with bilateral ovarian blood flow velocity decreased resistance index and pulsatility index were increased, the difference was significant (P< 0.05, P< 0.01).Conclusion:Yu Yin Decoction on the treatment of premature ovarian failure have a better role, and security without adverse reaction, the treatment of premature ovarian failure, liver-kidney effective prescription.The mechanism may be related to the overall adjustment of the hypothalamus - pituitary - ovarian axis function, improve endocrine status, enhance immunity, anti-aging and many other areas and achieve.
