Clinical Observation Of Treating Premature Ovarian Failure In Syndrome Of Kidney-yang Deficiency With The Addition Of Wenjingtang

Objectives To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of the addition of Wenjingtang Decoction treating the premature ovarian failure(POF)with Kidney-yang Deficiency.Methods A total of 100 POF with Kidney-yang Deficiency patients participated in the study during the period from 2016 June to 2017 June in outpatient which were assigned to experiment groups and control groups by random digit table,50 patients in each group.In addition to the basic treatment,patients in the experiment groups were treated with the addition of Wenjingtang,while those in the control groups received hormone replacement therapy(Premarin).The therapeutic course for each group was 3 months.Campared the changes in clinical symptoms,follicle stimulating hormone,Luteinizing hormone and Estradiol were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The statistica data were analyzed by SPSS 19.00 software in detail.Results 1 Comparison of the general information in two groups:the age range of the experimental group was 22~39 while the age range of the control group was 21~39(P>0.05);The duration of the disease of the experimental group was 1~36 months while the control group was 1~34 months(P>0.05);There was not statistically significant on the level of the age and the duration of the disease.2 Comparison of the total effective rate:the experimental group was cured in 6 cases,markedly effective in 34 cases,effective in 10 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 96%,the control group was cured 2 cases,markedly effective 15 cases,effective 27 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total effective rate was 88%.After statistics analysis,The total effectiveness of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3 Comparison of the persistence in two groups:After the treatment,the patient whose menstruation could maintain 3 cycles and more,the experimental group was 8 cases while the control group was 3 cases;the patient whose menstruation could maintain 2 cycles,the experimental group was 24 cases while the control group was 11 cases;the patient whose menstruation could maintain 1 cycles,the experimental group was 14 cases while the control group was 28 cases;After statistics analysis,The persistence of the experimental group was obviously better thans that of the control group(P<0.05).4 There was not statistically significant on the level of Follicle stimulating hormone,Luteinizing hormone and Estradiol before the treatment(P>0.05),which were decreased obvious after the treatment(P<0.01).But the difference of FSH,LH and E2 before and after the treatment in experimental group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 Comparison of the integral in two groups:There was not statistically significant on the level of integral befor the treatment(P>0.05)which were decreased obvious after the treatment(P<0.01).The difference between the experimental group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The method of the addition of Wenjingtang can improve the level of estrogen,decrease the level of gonadotropin,and improve the symptoms of perimenopause.The clinical effect of the treatment of premature ovarian failure is better than that of estrogen therapy,which indicates that the clinical effect of the addition of Wenjingtang in the treatment of premature ovarian failure is worth affirming.
