Clinical Observation Of Integrated Therapy Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine On Menostaxis Of Kidneyyin Deficiency Pattern

Objective:Observation on the clinical effect of ZGD combined with Medroxyprogesterone by curing Menostaxis of kidney yin deficiency pattern in 30 cases, compared with the treatment effect of Medroxyprogesterone group in 30 cases as control group. In order to discuss the treatment on Menostaxis by ZGD.Methods:According to diagnosetic criteria,this observation divides 60 patients into two groups randomly.The treatment group:taking ZGD orally twice a day 14 days after the period, at the same time taking Medroxyprogesterone 10mg once a day.On the other hand,the control group only take Medroxyprogesterone.Recording the symptoms before and after three months'treatment,observing in the following 3 months without using any medicine,then recording the symptoms of the two groups.Results:Recovery of the treatment group is 33.3%, the total effective is 93.3%, the recovery of control group is 16.7%, the total effective is 70.0%,by means of statistical analysis, there is remarkable difference between these two groups on the clinical effect(P<0.05), it states that the treatment group has better long-term effect on regulating the menstrual cycle. After three months' treatment, there are very significant differences between the total scores of sym-ptoms before and after the treatment of the two groups(P<0.05),showing that the two groups can obviously improve the symptoms. On the other hand, the treatment group is better than the control group at improving soreness and weakness of waist and knees, vexing heat in the chest, palms and soles, dizziness and tinnitus (P<0.05).At the same time, it appears that there is very evident differences before and after the treatment of the two groups(P<0.01) in the change of BBT. But there is no difference between the two groups(>0.05). So does the P. After six months' treatment, the treatment group has much more improvements in the main symptoms and signs than the control group(P<0.05). And it does have better long-term effect on many symptoms such as dizziness, tinnitus and so on than the control group.Conclusions:The observation tells us that ZGD performs an efficient function in curing menostaxis of kidney yin deficiency pattern and improving the shape of BBT and the content of P, it also has an apparent long-term therapy.
