| Objective： The auther initially discusses the pathology and therapy for acutehemorrhagic apoplexy by Shexiang-sihuang Decoction to study from the clinical angle thetherapic effect of hemorrhagic apoplexy and find the best project of acute hemorrhagicapoplexy,decrease mortality and improve life quality of patients.Methods：A total of60patients with acute hemorrhagic apoplexy were divided randomly into two groups.Thetreatment group(30cases)and the control group(30cases).In the western based onconventional treatment,the treatment group were adopted traditional Chinese medicineShexiang-Sihuang Decoction oral administration5days.The control group were adoptedtraditional Chinese medicine Niuhuang-Qingxin Pills oral administration5days.Twogroups in treatment for14days after effect assessment.Results：The treatment group wasimproved significantly compared to the control group in nervous function defect,dailyviability,psychosis after acute hemorrhagic apoplexy,and traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome(P<0.05).The results show Shexiang-Sihuang Decoction improve the recovery ofpatients.Conclusion：The paper indicated that Shexiang-Sihuang Decoction TCM withmodern medicine were better effective and safe in the treatment of acute hemorrhagicapoplexy.And indicated that this was a best treatment method of acute hemorrhagicapoplexy. |
