Experimental Study On The Effect Of Fluoritum In Anovulative Model Rats On FSH, LH Levels And Ovary Tissues Pathology

Objective:To investigate the influence of Fluoritum in anovulative model rats on FSH,LH levels and ovary tissues pathology, and to explore the fluoritums'Material bases and give help for clinical therapy of Fluoritum.Methods:60 SD female rats of 24 days age were choosed as research object, and were divided into the group of Bushen Huoxue Decoction(BHD) (10 cases), the group of fluoritum (10 cases), the group of CaF2(10 cases),model group(10 cases) and western medicine group(10 cases)and normal control group (10 cases) at random. In contrast with Chloramiphene and BHD,we investigated the effects of fluoritum on FSH,LH levels and ovary tissues pathology of anovulative model rats by Immunohistochemistry.Result:FSH,LH in anovulative model rats is under-expressed in theca cells and granulose cells. Compared to the normal control group, Decreased expression of FSH,LH has been described in the model group in the intensity (p<0.05). Compared to the model group, FSH,LH levels in the group of fluoritum, the group of CaF2, the group of BHD,western medicine group are obviously stronger(p<0.05). Compared to the group of fluoritum, the group of CaF2, the Chloramiphene group,and the group of BHD, there were no obvious differences in FSH,LH levels (p>0.05).Conclusion:All above suggested that fluoritum can increased the expression of FSH,LH in theca cells and granulose cells, and it is superior to CaF2 in the intensity. CaF2 and the others elements of fluoritum maybe promote the level of FSH,LH. Fluoritum can stimulate the follicular development and the excretion of follicle on the anovulative model rats, which indicates that the treatment of tradiontional chinese medicine fluoritum on the ovulation function barrier has theory basis, but the material foundation of fluoritum needs further study.
