The Related Research Between The Type Of Liver Qi Stagnation Of Menopausal Disorders AndEmotional Factors

Objective:Through community epidemiological research, analysis the emotional tendencies and emotional characteristics of the women with the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders,and discuss the relationship between Chinese emotion factors and constitution and the women with the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders, Clarify the pathogenic characteristics of internal injuries seven emotions, and provide theoretical foundation for psychotherapy,which can prevent and treat the women with menopausal disorders.Methods:Obey the community epidemiological research method,design the same investigation table,survey and analyze 480 cases perimenopuse women from the two representative communities of LiuZhou about their chological state,life events and symptoms of a question naire survey for windows using SPSS 15.0 for data processing and statistical analysis.Results:1.102 cases were the patients with the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders, and 110 cases were well-balance women who were around menopause, among the 480 cases respondents of survey. 2.Comparing the symptom scores (hot flushes sweat, paresthsia, insomnia, easily agitated, depression, bone and joint and muscle pain, headache, palpatition, skin ants go flu, algoparen,urinary symptoms) of the two groups, the differences had statistical significance(P<0.01) but the scores of fatigue have not statistical significance(P>0.05).3.Comparing the scores of emotion factors(happiness,anger, worry, thought, sad, fear, panic) of the impassioned background scale of the two groups,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05)4.Comparing the the scores of the positive factors(happiness)and the negative factors(anger, worry, thought, sad, fear, panic) of the impassioned background scale of the two groups,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05)5.The patients of the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders impassioned background incidence of the percentage followed:anger and sad "Hi" happiness worry and thought fear=panic.6 The patients of the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders impassioned background of the emotional scale factors constitute a more concentrated in the mild, moderate and severe.No severe and very little.At the onset the factors were extremely concentrated in the moderate,severe and ponderosity.7.Comparing the scores of emotion factors(happiness,anger, worry, thought, sad,fear, panic) of the impassioned life events scale of the two groups,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01)8.Comparing the the scores of the positive factors(happiness) and the negative factors(anger, worry, thought, sad, fear, panic) of the impassioned life events scale of the two groups,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01)9.The patients of the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders impassioned life events incidence of the percentage followed:anger and sad "Hi" happiness,worry, and thought, fear and panic.10.The patients of the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders impassioned life events of the emotional scale factors constitute a more concentrated in the mild, moderate and severe.No severe and very little.At the onset the factors are extremely concentrated in the moderate, severe and ponderosity.11.The factors between impassioned background and life events of the emotional scale are combined action on the patients of the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders.Conclusion:1.The patients of the type of liver qi stagnation of menopausal disorders have a close relationship with emotion factors,the patients exsists irritability, more worried and thought, more sad fear and pacnic of the easy emotional tendencies. 2.The negative life events (sad, fear of the events, etc.)seriously impact the patients.3.Suggest the diagnosis and treatment of menopausal disorders,we should give all attention to emotional factors, psychological intervention in the early is an effect way to preventing and treating the menopausal disorders.
